How could I not write about this gorgeous set of twins I had the pleasure of Photographing!
So the day began with me packing my bag with double the amount of wraps I usually take to a photoshoot and a good amount of props and accessories. As I turned up at my client’s door I looked like I was moving in with my huge suitcase and my arms filled with props but I was in for the ride!
I had planned an extra amount of time at my clients home, thinking there will be double the amount of feeding, double the nappy changes and double the soothing but oh my was I wrong, these two gorgeous newborns were easy! Literally mummy has all the feeding and nappy changes down to a tee even though they had only been in this world for three weeks! Talk about an absolute inspiration doing it all with two babies at once, something I had always dreamed of from a young girl! (I now have my two grown up babies of my own that are 14 months apart!)
So here I was ready to photograph these two beautiful newbies and my turn to wrap each of them snugly to fit together in the basket and they went down like a dream, all cosy next to each other just like they had been in their mummy’s tummy, I think they loved the warmth of being back next to each other. I got to capture all their little details including their tiny hands and dainty feet and curled up hair. They were just amazing and stayed settled so well together in the basket.

Once I had my first shot on camera and got myself mega excited (as you do as a newborn photographer) I was then on a roll!
I’ll leave you with a selection of these beautiful twins from their session, enjoy!…

…and I also got to play!
